Unlike an Inventory Planning System, an Warehouse Management System is designed primarily to solve inventory tracking-related issues and syncing orders from multiple channels like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart etc.
In contrast, an Inventory Planning System like EasyReplenish takes it a step further by identifying which SKUs to order, the exact quantities needed, and the optimal timing for purchases to prevent both stockouts and excess inventory.
Focused on Fashion usecases - finished goods and raw material planning.
Example - avoiding stockouts for Bestseller size variants (broken inventory).

Pricing is based on monthly order volume and warehouse count and not based on the number of users in your account – so add as many team members as you’d like!
How do you forecast SKUs stock predictions?
EasyReplenish uses over 20 data points to determine what to stock, when to stock, and how much to stock.
EasyReplenish uses signals specific to e-commerce fashion brands to proactively adjust stock inventory recommendations. They include Facebook ads during new launches, Marketplaces demand and festive sales like Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
How do you handle demand variability?
Our algorithms are adapted to growing e-commerce brands and use a buffer stock level which is broadly calculated as Z × σd× sqrt{L}
Where: Z = Service level factor (z-score corresponding to the desired service level)
σd = Standard deviation of demand
L = Lead time (in days, weeks, or other relevant time units)
Buffer stock plays major role for category A and B SKUs.
What is the accuracy of your prediction?
As high as 95% but the backbone of the algorithm thrives on safety stock led timely replenishments based on working capital constriants.
How does the system work for new SKU launches?
System starts working within first 7 days of new launch.
Whereas, predicting inventory stocking levels before launch is a separate feature named "New SKU planner".
Are the Vendor Purchase Orders automatically created?
Absolutely. They are pre-filled with recommended purchase quantities but needs approval before its raised.
How does EasyReplenish factors in Vendor lead time in Purchase order creation?
Vendor lead times are currently uploaded via vendor master to calculate reorder point.
How does my working capital efficiency increase?
EasyReplenish recommends optimum quantities using forecasting models. To be specific Category A and B have a default Buffer stock included but Category C and D are not in reorder list.
Sell through rate significantly goes up and non-sellers are not pushed resulting in lesser working capital being blocked in purchase.
How does the ABC segmentation work in EasyReplenish?
A - Bestsellers, top 50% units by volume based on Daily run rate.
B - Fast movers, next 30% units by volume based on Daily run rate.
C - Slow movers, next 20% units by volume based on Daily run rate.
D - Non movers, SKUs with ageing more than 30 days that are not selling.
The segmentation can be set to refresh at desired frequency interval like 15 days or 30 days based on business relevance.
How does new SKU planning work for new season?
EasyReplenish leverages SKU attribute level data cohorts - color, pattern type, material type, neck type etc to analyse previous seasons and recommends stocking receommendations.
How do I analyse new SKU launches?
EasyReplenish automatically considers the 1st GRN date as the SKU launch date and considers in-stock daily run rate to plot trends.
Crafting new bestsellers from SKU launches with smarter capital deployment strategies is one of the key benefits of using EasyReplenish.
